The mission of this branch office is to provide its clients with the most contemporary management resources in order to achieve top results, fostering a constructive culture of cooperation in organizations. To achieve our mission we provide different training sessions and seminars, as well as a unique program of organizational therapy. All of our lecturers and organizational therapists have international experience and compulsory training which are in accordance with international methods and standards.
Since its foundation in 1994, Adizes Southeast Europe, as an integral part of the Adizes Institute, Santa Barbara, USA, has worked in more than 200 organizations, from those recently founded to some of the most successful profit and nonprofit organizations and government agencies in Serbia and Montenegro, Bosnia, FYR Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Russia and Cyprus. Adizes SEE is organized into three centres: the Centre for Education, the Centre for Organizational Therapy and the Publishing Centre. |

We improve management effectiveness through the optimization of organizational structures, the development of accountability systems and teamwork. We lead and teach organizations to resolve their problems and introduce change through a structured and interactive process.
Our approach means working with top management at working meetings which focus on organizational and managerial changes. We are not consultants in the traditional sense of the word. The Adizes method is a practical, disciplined, structured and comprehensive approach to solving problems and its implementation leads to essential strategic and organizational changes. |
