Our Approach
We improve management effectiveness by optimizing organizational structure and teamwork. We coach and lead organizations to solve problems and produce change in a structured and interactive process. This involves a top management team in sessions that focus on organizational and managerial needs. Our goal is to bring your organization to Prime, the point on your company's Lifecycle where you achieve a balance of control and flexibility. We are not traditional consultants. The Adizes methodology is a practical, disciplined, structured and comprehensive approach to solve problems and produce strategic and organizational changes.

Our main consulting activities cover:

  • Developing a mission statement, goals and business policy.
  • Designing organizational structure for small as well as large complex companies.
  • Designing a managerial accounting and accountability system.
  • Analysing strategic position and developing appropriate strategies.
  • Designing a result oriented variable pay system.
Adizes Methodology

Prime is the desired phase of the life cycle. Is your organization on the left or the right side ? The answer is crucial to which initiatives and actions to take to reach Prime.

Is the requirement for fast, but controlled growth on the "youth side" ? Or might rejuvenation be needed to put an end to rigid structures and processes on the ageing side ?

Each phase poses its own quite specific predictable challenges and problems. Indeed, the life cycle forms a predictable and easily recognizable pattern. How the organization is managed, both what is done and not done, is crucial to whether the organization will grow into a success or run into serious difficulties.

Organizational Therapy
A comprehensive and systematic effort to overcome the chronic problems of growing or aging organizations. Programs are delivered through a series of up to 11 distinct phases. Each phase deals with a specific organizational need and is applied in a sequence and manner tailored to the needs of each client. Typical problems which the Adizes program have addressed: Freeing a company from the Founder's Trap, rejuvenating bureaucracies and improving profitability and productivity to meet needs of rapid growth. A typical program lasts from six months to two years.
Diagnostic Workshops
We begin all programs and coaching activities with an overall diagnosis of the client organization. The entire team is involved as a group because, in our estimate, this diagnosis structure is more effective than that reached in one-on-one sessions.
Problem Solving & Team Building
After the diagnosis, we provide effective processes for change that are implemented by the organization itself. Applying the Adizes program, 80% of the problems revealed in the diagnosis are resolved or improved to the satisfaction of the top management team within the first two years. Typically, IOO% of the original problems disappear within three years.
What are the benefits?

The Adizes Program simultaneously produces four results:

Problem Solving

It solves the client's organizational and management problems. This is accomplished in a manner that always produces a comprehensive, institutionalized capability for maintaining organizational change and making further external assistance unnecessary.

Building Teamwork
The Program nurtures a culture of mutual trust and respect, open communication and win-win relationships for individuals and the entire organization. It also develops a strong culture of cooperative teamwork.

Managerial Skills Training & Development
The Program has a powerful impact on management development and skills training, particularly individuals who are relatively new to management or the organization. The training is powerful because it occurs in the context of solving the real problems managers are confronted with.

Individual Style Enrichment
Participation in problem-solving teams provide managers with the opportunity to enrich their personal styles, making their styles more flexible and versatile.
